Honor and Company provides wedding and elopement planning, day-of coordination, and officiating services in the Spokane, Washington to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho areas. Information on the Site describes our services in general terms. Pricing, availability, and service details are subject to change and are confirmed only in a separate written client service agreement. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or a guarantee of availability.
3. Inquiries and Communication
Contacting us through the Site or by email does not, by itself, create a client relationship or a binding contract. A booking is confirmed only when both parties sign a written service agreement and any required deposit is received. Any quotes or pricing shared informally are estimates and may change.
4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
The specific terms of any engagement — including scope of services, fees, deposits, payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds — are set out in your signed client service agreement, not in these Terms. If there is any conflict, your signed service agreement controls for the matters it addresses. [Recommended: maintain a separate client service agreement for every booking.]
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, the Honor and Company name and logo, graphics, photos, and design — is owned by Honor and Company or used with permission, and is protected by applicable law. The Site may include client testimonials and photos or video from past events, used with permission. These reflect individual experiences and are shared for illustration — they are not a guarantee of any particular result for your event.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. While Honor and Company is based in Spokane, Washington, we also serve clients and events in Idaho; service-specific matters are governed by your signed service agreement and the law specified in it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
